Ritua screens: Splash, Set up, Badges
Ritua is a habit tracking app designed to help people keep track of their goals and make changes in their daily routine. Forming long term habits takes time and patience but that doesn’t mean that tracking goals can’t be fun and colourful. Change is the key driving force for this project, hence why the chameleon is the mascot. I wanted to design an app that is easy to use, something that a user can just pop in to and update or take longer to check their progress.
Ritua home screen break down
The home screen is designed to be easy to use and navigate. Users can create, personalize, modify and track daily tasks from the home screen. There was a lot of trial and error when it came to balancing the theme of the app and usability. The jungle motif is consistent throughout, with little flares that add personality and make the app colourful and fun.
Ritua swipe function
The functionality of the goal system is as easy as swiping up or down, users can quickly update the progress everyday. In my research I found that one of the biggest complaints about tracking apps is how time consuming they can be. It was my intention to take the aggravation out of tracking habits, to make it as fast and easy as possible.
