We desired to cater to a broad audience as there are users with varying degrees of business knowledge and experience. Therefore, Guided offers two routes to build a business model— Guided Route for novice business users and Freeflow Route for experienced business users. The Guided Route will help users who are new to the Flourishing Business Canvas or need directions to start a new business. This route consists of answering expertly designed questions that would convert into notes and add to the canvas’ sections and subsections accordingly. For business users who are more advanced and are familiar with the business canvas concept, using the Freeflow Route enables them to explore and develop the canvas on their own. Furthermore, we implemented a space where team members and team leaders can maintain communication, stay updated on recent activities, and discuss ideas. Therefore, both facilitate the business planning process, achieve business goals better, and work more efficiently within a team.
