Cleo is a smart collar that creates a stronger bond between a pet and their owner. Targeted towards active people who want to track their pet's activity and location.
I've noticed that smart collars that are currently on the market lack the functionality in the design of both the product as well as the companion app. Current smart collars appear very bulky which will be uncomfortable for a pet to wear for long periods of time. They also don't have an intuitive interface. With Cleo, I am to create a product that is similar to a fitness tracker for humans, that translates into a comfortable pet accessory.
The intended user experience for this product was convenience, by applying successful methods of visualizing data. By providing information that may not be common, like pet health statistics and activity, it is important to present it in a way that is familiar to users with smart tech. This product will supply information relevant to pet owners, and solve anxiety with lost pets.
